This past weekend was Boulder Fall Fest downtown - we went Friday afternoon and though it didn't seem to be in full swing just yet (not many vendors or local business booths until Saturday apparently), we still had a nice time grabbing hot dogs and gelato, and enjoying the street entertainers that make Pearl Street what it is (and it is something...have you ever been to Pearl Street? It's a hoot!). We ended up rounding out the evening with some good friends at a Corn Maze down at Anderson Farms (because if I'm being honest, we were slightly underwhelmed with the "Fall" Festival ;)
While we were there, we had to stop by Fast Eddies because their dogs are LEGIT.
And then Fiore Di Latte for gelato. Because if you are able get gelato, then always get gelato.
And then our trip later that night to Anderson Farms! The Corn Maze was actually better than I expected - it's creepy in the best way to just be out in the dark with your friends, trying to make your way back to cider and s'mores. It was $13 admission per person which included the standard corn mazes, along with access to a main fire pit, a petting zoo and some other kid-friendly activities, so not too terrible in terms of pricing. There were other options as well (Zombie Paintball & Terror in the Corn - hopefully we'll hit those next year!)
And that was our weekend! What are you doing to celebrate Fall and bring in the new season?
